Receiving Your Requested Documents
To receive these documents, you must first purchase your "Service" 'Step 1' and then you must fill out the Customer Request Information Sheet "CRIS" below 'Step 2' to complete your order, before you can receive your product. See our two-step process below.
After you purchase your order, you must put your receipt purchase order number on the "CRIS" Intake Form/Sheet. You will be asked for certain information about your situation. To research and better assist you for your particular situation, please fill out all information thoroughly. You will find this (CRIS) sheet on almost any page where you will find one of our "Services" is provided. You can also find a "CRIS Intake Form/Sheet under the "More" tab in the drop down-menu at the top of the page. To order the product you must complete the Two-Step Process, which entails 'Step 1 and 'Step 2' on all Services pages under the "OUR SERVICES" tab at the top of the page.
On this "CRIS" sheet, please list your goals you are wanting to accomplish regarding your situation or case.
The "CRIS" form also helps protect you, if you shall request to get refunded through our "GUARANTEE OF OUR SERVICES" policy, if for some reason our "Service" did not work at all for you and if you did not get any of your reasonable, minimum goals met in this in that matter, that was be listed on your "CRIS" Intake form, you fill out with your Order of the "Service". We will return that amount you purchased minus the Administration cost.
For Example: If you purchase the "Traffic Service" for $199.99 for one Ticket. The amount you will receive back as guaranteed is $100.00, minus the $99 for the Administration and Processing Charges. If you received more than that one traffic ticket for that same traffic stop, the purchase price for assistance for each additional ticket thereafter will be $99.99.

How It Works
Once your situation has been researched and the documents have been originated, we will send you the completed documents by email, depending on your preferred choice of delivery. You may select to have your documents researched and sent out on a rush "expedited" basis during the sign-up process.
Upon receiving the complete packet and the researched documents from us regarding your situation, you will get a chance to review the documents and customize them with your name and your, personal information. Then, all you would need to do is to (1) Print and Sign the documents in the designated areas (some docs may need to be notarized) and (2) Mail the documents certified mail with a return receipt (Post Office Green Card is returned to you after they sign it), along with any, other necessary documents, to the court prior to your appearance/due date. You may walk the documents in as well, just make sure you get a time stamp receipt for the court clerk, given receipt that you filed the documents timely in court before any hearing setting.

If you received a Traffic violation in California, Florida, Hawaii, Indiana, Louisiana, Nebraska, Ohio, Oregon, and Wyoming, we would provide you with special researched documents, so you do not have to go to court for your traffic ticket, unless you needed to appeal. Initially, you will do a trial by written declaration. You will provide your reasons in writing, contesting your ticket or traffic violation. The police officer must provide to the judge, his facts to the matter and the judge will make his decision usually within 30-90 days. You will receive the outcome of the matter in the mail. Getting your ticket dismissed in this manner is a less stringent process to the contrary of going to court, like many other States require. You don't have anything to lose because if you don't like the outcome, you can request your money back, minus the Administration cost and you can still go back in and start a new court case trial de novo, on the same ticket.
How this process works in the States mentioned in the above paragraph
Upon receiving the complete packet from us for your Trial by Written Declaration documents, you will get a chance to review the documents. Then, all you would need to do is to (1) Sign the documents in the designated signature areas (2) If necessary, you may have to attach a check for the bail/fine amount and (3) You will need to mail the documents along with the check to the that court, prior to your appearance/due date. YOU ARE DONE. All you have to do then is wait for the court to receive and review your defense statement and send out the verdict directly to you by mail. It's important to use certified mail or registered mail with return receipt requested, to send the trial by written declaration document to court.
