When you take out a loan to purchase residential property in most states, you traditionally sign a promissory note and acquire a deed of trust. A promissory note is generally an IOU that contains the promise to repay the loan, as well as the terms for repayment. The deed of trust provides security for the loan that is evidenced by a promissory note.
Many people see a house, land or some type of a property they like and in many cases other than the governments FHA loan, those homebuyers may put perhaps (10%-20%) down to the lender to purchase their property, meet the closing criteria, schedule for a closing date, sign a Promissory Note and just like that, they are 'proud new property owners' and now they own their own property they feel, whether it's their Homestead or an Investment property, they are the New Proud Happy Owners. So, they think!

Remember, if you order any of our "Services" [Eviction, Foreclosure, Child Support, Traffic Service, etc.], and it does not work for you, we will refund the amount you paid for that "Service", exclusive of or minus the Administration Processing Fee.
With regard to the above "Eviction Service" example of you paying $199.99, we will refund you $100.00 minus the $99.00 for the Administration Processing Fee.
Foreclosures
Any monthly mortgage payment for a property with the property value of $200,000.00 or less and you wish to Stop the Foreclosure, the price will be $299.00. With regards to the above "Foreclosure Service" example of you paying $299.99, we will refund you $150.00 minus the $149.99 for the Administration Processing Fee.

On this "CRIS" sheet, please list your goals you are wanting to accomplish regarding your situation or case.
The "CRIS" form also helps protect you, if you shall request to get refunded through our "GUARANTEE OF OUR SERVICES" policy, if for some reason our "Service" did not work at all for you and if you did not get any of your reasonable, minimum goals met in this in that matter, that was be listed on your "CRIS" Intake form, you fill out with your Order of the "Service". We will return that amount you purchased minus the Administration cost.
On this "CRIS" sheet, please list your goals you are trying to accomplish regarding your Foreclosure situation or case. Apart from certain circumstances, many people know that for whatever the reason, they known they are behind on their rent or their home mortgage payment (Prior to and After Foreclosure), but they just want to buy a little more time to figure things out and strategized for the solution. It maybe that they need a couple extra weeks, to maybe a month or two, and very often even more time, if an Eviction has been filed against them. With our research products, we can assist you with pertinent information for you to use, if anything negative is placed on your public record and/or credit report. If the Eviction or Foreclosure has been placed on your public record or on your credit report, we can assist you with the information in having it removed at your request.

All you have to do, is provide proof to us at admin@Americanclaw.org, that your minimum goals were not met and that our "Service" did not at least: 1) help you stop and extend the Foreclosure, or 2) help stop and/or push back the time dates, so you can negotiate the Foreclosure for a restructure of your payments or 3) help push back, extend time to make a significant acceptable payment, 4) lessen the amount owed and terms, 5) dismiss the case, etc.
