COMPLEX MATTERS AND LEGAL ISSUES
When dealing with Complex matters and Legal Issues, there are many case laws that specifically speaks about people rights rights being violated, and these resjudica case laws, re-iterate that these negative actions committed by these actors are indeed, violations of law.
First we must at least know what the Supreme Law of The Land is. For the novice or most people, not familiar with law, believes the Supreme law of the land is whatever the law enforcement policy men (Police Officers) tell you the law is. They barely know themselves. To the person who may be a little more savvy and conscious of law than than the average person, they may know the Supreme Law of the land is the United States Of America Constitution for the Republic in 1789. This is like the Bible of the United States of America government. To remain loyal to the people, we must know the difference between the United States of America (The Republic form of government) and the UNITED STATES (The Corporate Democracy). There is a distinct difference, so must must be extremely in knowing which one you are contracting with. One of the entities above preserve your inalienable rights and the other provides you with the rights, subjected to the state of having privilege's, which can be taken away at any time.
All other United States Laws, Statutes, Codes, Regulations, all State Laws, Statutes, Codes, Regulations, Rules, Ordinances, etc. are actually corporate policies that must adhere to this Supreme Law of this land! The United States of America, organic constitution, which is actually a public trust contract and the people are the beneficiaries to it. This is where, technically, all public officials power and authority derives from. Article VI, Section 3 of the United States of America's constitution for the Republic. This is where all public officials had to take their mandated "Oath and Bond" to the constitution.
Even the Constitutions of every State, must adhere to and fall within the boundaries and the harmony of the Supreme Law or Supreme Contract of the land. This is one of the major reasons why it is important to learn true history. This is where your rights are preserved and why you must invoke them whenever necessary. Many have found through diligent Law Research, that The American Bar Association (ABA), founded August 21, 1878, is a voluntary association of lawyers, and was incorporated in 1909 in the State of Illinois. The State does not accredit the law schools or hold examinations and has no control or jurisdiction over the ABA or its members.
The ABA accredits all the law schools, holds their private examinations, selects the students they will accept in their organization, and issues them [l]icense for a fee to be a member (BAR Member); but does not issue state licenses to lawyers. In fact, the Bar is the only authority that can punish or disbar a Lawyer, not the state. Even though we are in the law business, does this sound far to the people?
The ABA also selects the lawyers that they consider qualified for Judgeships and various other offices in the State. Under fiction of law, only the Bar Association or their designated committees can remove any of these lawyers from public office. This is a tremendous amount of power for a private union to control and because of this unchecked power "RICO" has run rampant throughout the government at every level, Law Firms, Public Official Offices, County Judges, County Sheriff Department, District Judges, Circuit Judges, Municipal Judges, District Attorneys, Prosecutors, Attorney Generals, etc. Take a look at Congress, how many of them are or were lawyers. law firms who will not compromise the principles of life for a dollar. Some things are not meant to be sold.
So "We the People", along with all those public officials that truly honor their Oath and Bonds, are the only ones that can eradicate any corruption in this National Republic Union of States!
No matter what our profession is in life, We have a choice to be on the side of the righteous or the side of the wicked. It's not to difficult to see by the actions of many Public Officials, what side of the law they are operating on, even being an organized corporation, is still considered a government.
The United States Constitution does not give anyone the right to a lawyer or the right to counsel, or the right to any other "hearsay substitute". The 6th Amendment is very specific, that the accused only has the right to the “assistance of counsel” and this assistance of counsel can be anyone the accused chooses without limitations.
"The term [liberty] ... denotes not merely freedom from bodily restraint but also the right of the individual to contract, to engage in any of the common occupations of life, to acquire useful knowledge, to marry, to establish a home and bring up children, to worship God according to the dictates of this own conscience... The established doctrine is that this liberty may not be interfered with, under the guise of protecting public interest, by legislative action.

Note (From National Archives): The following text is a transcription of the first ten amendments to the Constitution in their original form. These amendments were ratified December 15, 1791, and form what is known as the "Bill of Rights."
Amendment I
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the Government for a redress of grievances.
Amendment II
A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.
Amendment III
No Soldier shall, in time of peace be quartered in any house, without the consent of the Owner, nor in time of war, but in a manner to be prescribed by law.
Amendment IV
The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.
Amendment V
No person shall be held to answer for a capital, or otherwise infamous crime, unless on a presentment or indictment of a Grand Jury, except in cases arising in the land or naval forces, or in the Militia, when in actual service in time of War or public danger; nor shall any person be subject for the same offence to be twice put in jeopardy of life or limb; nor shall be compelled in any criminal case to be a witness against himself, nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation.
Amendment VI
In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defence.
Amendment VII
In Suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise re-examined in any Court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law.
Amendment VIII
Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted.
Amendment IX
The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people.
Amendment X
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
